Fishpond is operated by Aryan F (legal name Franz Dsa), reachable at hello@mynato.app, referred to here as “the operator”. You are the person or business that created an account, referred to as “you”. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
A hosted CRM reached through a web dashboard, a REST API and an MCP server. You store records about people and businesses, run pipelines, campaigns and automations over them, and may connect third-party services. The service is described at fishpond.aryanfindsaway.com and in the API reference, and what is described there is what is offered.
When a trial ends without payment, or a subscription is cancelled or a payment fails and is not recovered, the account becomes read-only: writes are refused, reads keep working, and nothing is deleted. You can export your data at any time. A read-only account that stays unpaid for twelve months may be deleted after a notice to the owner’s email address.
It is yours. The operator does not sell it, does not use it to train anything, and reads it only to run the service, to fix a fault you report, or where the law requires. Details are in the privacy notice. When you delete your account, it is soft-deleted immediately, every session and key inside it is revoked, and the audit rows are kept so that what happened stays answerable.
The service is provided as it is. The operator is one person and offers no uptime guarantee and no support contract; faults are fixed as quickly as one person can. To the extent the law allows, the operator’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim, and the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data beyond that. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms may change; a material change is announced by email 30 days ahead. The governing law and the forum for disputes are stated here once the operator has taken advice, before the first paid subscription; until then, the law of the operator’s place of business applies.
